By using the site, you agree to them. Paid client work is covered by a separate agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, watch, and share links to anything here. Please don't copy the site's content, videos, or design for commercial use without permission, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Free resources

Guides, checklists, and other free materials are for your own use in your business. You can use the ideas freely. Please don't resell or republish the materials themselves.

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any message, and reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

The site's text, videos, graphics, and logo belong to Big Pivot Marketing, LLC unless noted otherwise. Ownership of content we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
