How it works · Step one

It all starts with one conversation. I lead. You just talk.

A conversation, not an interrogation. I get curious about how you operate and who you are, and ask the questions you don't get asked anywhere else. Somewhere in there your spark comes alive, and that's the moment we catch.

There are moments with a client where you step away from the model, away from performing, and you're just your fully authentic self. That's where a solution gets created that no one else could have made for them. That's where one helpful sentence moves someone past something they've been stuck on for years. It happens when you're simply being yourself.

The guided interview is built so that, as we talk, we reach that point where your real self comes through. It's not something I ask you to perform. It just happens. Your authentic spark shows up, and it's one of my favorite moments in the whole process.

When you can share that through video, it informs everything: your content, your writing, your posts. People get to see it before they ever meet you, they connect with it, and they come to you already ready to work with you. Video done right shows the authentic self.

A lot of people struggle to talk to a camera by themselves, which is exactly why the interview is a guided conversation. Scripts don't fix it either. When you're busy reading every word, you lose the connection that's right there in the moment.

And with AI and technology, everything eventually becomes a commodity. As everyone uses the same tools to write their material, it all starts to sound the same, and the human becomes the premium. From our conversation, we generate the ideas and the structure for your site, your posts, and your strategy. It's all built from your own words, and those videos build real trust. People don't like to read anymore; they'd rather watch. Watching you talk about how you work with a certain kind of client builds enormous trust, and in your line of work, that trust is everything.

Everyone has the same pan

Nobody ever got famous for the pizza pan.

My grandmother's pizza is still legend in the town where I grew up. Forty years later, people still ask about it. It was never the pan. Every shop had the same pans. It was everything that went in before the pan got involved: her own ingredients, her own sauce, her own dough, her own way of doing it.

Your business is the same. The website builder, the ad platform, the CRM, those are the pans, and your competitor has them too. What makes it yours is what you put in: your beliefs, your story, the way you actually work. That's the part I'm here to uncover. So the question I keep asking is simple. What are you putting in the pan that's only yours?

Why this matters now

As everything starts to sound the same, being human is the premium.

As more people use AI to write their sites and their posts, all of it reads the same. Same cadence, same safe phrasing, same nothing. When everything becomes a commodity, the human becomes the premium. The thing that can't be generated is you: your actual voice, the way you think, the moment your real self shows up. People don't want to read anymore. They watch. A few minutes of you talking about how you work builds more trust than a page of copy ever could, and in your line of work, trust is the whole thing.

Step two and three

From one conversation to your whole presence

Those clips go on your site, and they also drive everything that comes next: the structure of your pages, your blog outlines, your strategy for YouTube or LinkedIn. All of it comes from the little things that came out of the interview, the parts that are unique only to you. Then it reaches people one kind of person at a time. Someone who's been looking for exactly your way of working watches you think, recognizes themselves, and arrives already sure. No convincing required.

Questions about the process

What you're probably wondering.

How long is the guided interview?

Usually about ninety minutes, though it often runs longer because there's a lot to say once you get going. It's relaxed and unscripted. We do a little prep beforehand to make sure the tech works and the opening questions are right for you, and then it's really just a conversation.

What if I'm not good on camera?

Most people aren't, and that's exactly why this isn't a you-talking-to-a-camera setup. I lead you through a conversation, and your authentic self shows up on its own while you're answering. You're not performing or reading a script. You're just talking, and that's the part that connects.

What do I actually get out of it?

The video clips themselves, and a foundation for everything after. The things that surface in the interview, the bits that usually only come out when you're in the room with a client, drive your website copy, your blog outlines, your video, and your social strategy. It all comes from your own words in that conversation.

Is it scripted?

No. Scripts are the problem. The moment you're reading, you're concentrating on catching every word and you lose the connection. The guided interview is the opposite: a real conversation that evolves, designed so that the moment your spark comes alive gets caught on camera.

The whole thing starts with one conversation.
